Today I received my new phone a Nokia 800.

I love it!

Comparison with Android & Blackberry
I own(ed) 2 blackberry's (ao Bold9700) and 2 Android phones from HTC. I use my phone for business mainly but I like apps as well. I Have no experience with Iphones though, but I was not impressed when trying my friends. I guess it's a matter of taste since so many people have fallen in love with their Iphones.

Why I love this phone?
Its looks great.
Its really easy to setup, very intuitive even when using multiple email accounts and contact directories. Some people say you have to get used to the interface. It took me 5 minutes only and I do not consider myself tech savvy.
The interface is fresh, and it shows you all the new and important things directly on the tiles.
The phone is fast.
Apart from one app (ourgroceries) it has all the apps I had on my Blackberry and Android.

Why I prefer it over the HTC's?
The windows phone is faster, and I like the interface better.
I do not consider the lower degree of customizing compared to android a major issue.
Connecting to Office 365 was easy compared to the HTC's.
The keyboard works much better on the Nokia.
Free navigation software included!

Why I prefer it over Blackberry?
Blackberry delivered fast mail, until the system started to interrupt.
Easier interface of Nokia.
The BB screen broke down within 6 months of purchase and I was informed it was not replaced under the warranty. Even though it happened out of the blue.
Pro BB Keyboard!

Nokia was never a strong contender on the smartphonemarket, but this phone is a gem. Nokia well done.

At the current price you cant go wrong! It's the first phone I'm really happy about since I guess my last Nokia way, way back.

Being a more mature user I find Android devices a bit too 'techie' so the windows user interface suits me fine, it's simple and intuitive. Love the Nokia apps in particular the 'Drive' sat nav app and the 'Local Scout' & 'City Lens' apps that let know what's happening round and about wherever you are, places to eat, things to see & do, shops, transport, hotels etc. I can check my emails, the weather forecast, the newspapers, excel, word & pdf documents and many other things. It's brilliant!

I gave this product a top rating because it deserves it.
How so much information can be packed into a relatively small object is truly amazing.
Funnily enough I asked for this smartphone as a present really for the camera, radio, gps, apps and phone rather than access to the web.
