I brought this phone as its kinder new, it was really good when I first got it never froze or anything but after 2 weeks maybe it started to go down. When you turn on the phone or unlock it its still black and its been like it for 2 days now I've had to order a new one because of it and it says its 'bran new' obvs it isn't, go to another seller

This phone is fine fine but the charging system supplied is a 3 pin square wall plug into which the usb cable plugs into and charges the handset. This 3 pin plug blew on its second use! The user CD is mainly in Chinese and has no user manual.
Ear phones don't work, the accessories look to be second hand and are not of BB quality. No media card included. Have had to purchase new accessories.

I bought this as a second hand Blackberry with a few scratches. When it came it was less scratched than I had imagined and was in great working order. The phone is really good although we'll need a large memory card to get the best out of it. The battery life is good if you're not on the internet all the time, or using messenger constantly. Being able to use touch screen or the keypad is really useful.

I loved this phone until 10 months of use and the scroll buttons stopped working, On contacting SMART DEALS on amazon who i got the phone from, i was told they would repair it taking 4-6 weeks (refused to give a new one or send me a replacement while waiting). the phone was gone for 4 weeks once i got it back it stopped working again after 2 weeks!!!.Told tough luck now as out of warrenty!!! so i have been left with no phone !!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.......SMART DEALS ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU UNHAPPY WITH A SHODDY PRODUCT!!!

I have had one of these for 18 months. Generally speaking it's a much better e-mail tool than the iPhone (which my wife has). However, as a net surfing device it's a bit slow. Likewise the navigation (maps) tool is not so great and definitely not a substitute for a proper car satnav. The built in camera delivers really decent results but not quite as good as our old Nokia N95 which we keep as a spare (again a better camera than the iPhone).

In summary: for multi media and music you can't beat the iPhone. But for email you won't beat the BlackBerry.

I paid £155.00 for a "used" unit from an Amazon marketplace seller. When the phone came it was actually new minus the headset and charger (which are cheap accessories readily available from Amazon or eBay). I bought it after 18 months using the same model as my company provided phone. I liked it so much I decided to buy one for myself. Setup is very easy. Overall I would recommend one of these at the right price.

It's a good phone with multi-functions and customisable... I have been using blackberries for a while now with the storm being my worst experience. The touch and keyboard made me get this one though i was disappointed when the 9810 came out. Hence i searched online to see how i can upgrade my theme to OS7 and got free themes such as the OS7 theme and some good hi-res 9800 wallpapers which made me appreciate my phone a lot more as its much more cooler now. You can get the themes from[...] and the wallpapers from [...]. The email setup (adding all my email account), pdf reader, word and excel functionality with/without my playbook just makes me love this phone the more. All i do is download pdf novels and use the pdf reader to read when on the go by word wrapping which makes it appear bigger. Apps-wise, it has its shortfalls but the playbook though limited on apps has its own quality library which makes up for me. A good phone overall...

Do not buy from this seller!!!!!! After 3 months and 2 breakdowns with this phone (one of which I had to pay for) the phone completely broke, I emailed the seller telling them I appreciate a used phone will not be perfect but I don't appreciate it breaking after only 3 months, they then sent a rude email back refusing to give a refund - the phone was not cheap at £150.

I am now having to file a claim against them.

Stay well away from this seller!!!!!
