Ordered this phone via "Pet Shop" and when it eventually came from China the quality was terrible.
The phone was lightweight and tacky and when i plugged the charger in and then tried to unplug it, one of the plug pins actually came away from the plug and remained in the socket!? I had one hell of a job getting it out of my socket, how i didnt electrocute myself was a miracle! Avoid buying this phone if it comes from China. Cheap and dangerous!

Lovely neat little phone, seems very durable (have dropped it twice already and it hasn't popped apart). Does what I want it to do. Battery life seems good. Oh, and it is fabulously easy to use.

I have had this phone for about 18 months now and being Nokia very easy to use my only disappointment is the ring tone volume, I carry the phone in my pocket and finr that I quite often miss calls because I just don't hear it. its time for me to buy another phone now but I'm not sure what to get, this phone has put me off Nokia

I really love this phone. I'm in my 50's and not very up to date with all the gadgets of today, but phone is really easy to use. I also bought a skin cover to protect it. The camera is very good quality as well. I would reccomend this phone to anyone who wants a good basic phone with a good camera. I've given it 4 out of five, because the battery seems to need a lot of charging. I need to charge it twice a week, that's not using the radio or camera. I might just buy another battery.

neat looking phone tactile to touch good perfomance but poor on ring volume,could have come with cover for extra value very good battery life.
