Bought this as "very good" it looks brand new! All works fine, was a brilliant price, at least 300 less than if bought brand new, and still has 3 months warranty. Hy outlet were amazingly helpful, will definitely recommend and buy from them again!

I need him to supply proof of purchase with an IMEI number so I can claim on insurance for my phone which I dropped down the toilet. He refuses to do this so I am stuck without a phone. I have even told him what the IMEI number was because Apple replaced the original under guarantee and told me the original IMEI number. Does this mean he is doing something dodgy?

product arrived next day after ordering,,condition described as very good,,it fitted description,,slight scuff on one corner,,phone seemed very good,but would occassionally turn itself off ,and also get hot,,,by the nineth day it was doing this regularly,,but as we were on a friday night i could do nothing about it,,it was said they were open saturdays but i could only get through to an answering machine,,phoned monday and was told to return phone for repair or replacement as it was well within 60 day warrenty,,returned phone and they posted a replacement on they same day they recieved it,,very quick and satisfactory service,,replacement phone was like new,,immaculate,,and so far in very good working order,,,very pleased indeed,,would recommend to others
