I bought this phone a month ago, as a dual sim phone it is great, the only negative thing about this phone is the fact you are unable to copy apps to SD card - this has been an issue with all jellybean andriod phones as google has disabled this. I do not want to root my phone as I have had bad experience with this. The phone has just about enough memory to cope with not being able to transfer the apps to SD. However if you are a gamer like me then you will not be able to download heavy memory games like GTA. (I still have my experia play for this)One of the reasons why I stuck with Android was the fact that you are able to transfer apps to SD, what a great feature, having disabled this you are limited to memory - Music and pictures are all you can really store on the SD card. So please be aware.
As a phone its great, it has all the android features and it has two sim cards which work simultaneously, I use it for work and personal, I can receive phone calls from both phones. It is one of the best phones I have owned, the only issue being the removal of moving apps to SD card.

The phone works OK as a basic phone, but is very expensive for what it is.For a data connection, it's slow and the connection keeps hanging.
It is a dual-SIM phone, but this will only work if one of the SIMs is a 2g SIM and the other a 3g SIM

Had this phone for a month now and untill now like it very much.Very nice dual SIM card phone functionality, really love that I don't need to carry 2 phones.
Ringtone at minimum level is a bit loud.
This phone is not for people who like to have a lot of apps on their phones.
There are 2 reason why you shouldn't/can't have many apps on this phone:
- Now and then have a bit system lag, especially when many apps installed (not a big deal though).
- And biggest disadvantage of this phone is that it doesn't have possibility to move apps from internal memory to SD card.
Else nice phone with decent battery time.

I loved the idea of doing away with having to carry my work phone and personal phone and just having one phone with both SIMs running together. This is the best phone of the bunch if you spend ages reading the reviews like I did, so I purchased this phone and I really have regretted it and wished I could have got my money back.To keep this simple and the reasons you should avoid this phone are:-
- It has an incredibly small RAM so it struggles to run more than a couple of apps... Forget live wallpapers and more than a couple of widgets it will drive you potty whilst you wait a couple of minutes for it to think between pages. I found myself in the end removing as many apps as I could so I could free the RAM up as much as possible and constantly clearing RAM space in the task manager. If that is not bad enough it only has a single core processor which struggles with even the most basic of tasks.
- It has a very small amount of internal memory, 2GB might sound a lot untill you realise that Samsung in it's wisdom has removed the facility to store and run apps on the SD card, so what you end up with is all your apps stored to the internal memory, don't forget that nearly half of the 2GB is used for the operating system. So with what's left of your memory you have to fit all your apps and their associated data. For example I paid £40 for a Copilot sat nav app which used to sit on the SD card, which wasn't a problem with a 32GB SD card inserted, but on this phone the SD card is useless for apps, so where do you store 2.5GB worth of app and maps..???? You can't, and the same goes for any games you might want to install.
The only things you can store on the External SD card are Photos and music.
It is such a shame beacuse it is such a nice looking phone with a good feel and a clear display and a good battery life. I really can't understand why Samsung couldn't just convert the S3 in to a dual SIM phone, that phone has a good processor and loads of internal memory which you now need if you want to own a Samsung phone...!!!

Best dual sim smartphone available now. Provides all features with a good battery life, also light in weight. The smart dual sim option is very handy as well.Have used dual sim phones in the past, but this much better.

I ordered this product for my partner who does a lot of business travel between Spain and Norway. It has been quite difficult to find a dual sim smart phone, so I was delighted to have been able to find it via Amazon. It's too early to tell just how good the phone is, as it is only in use for a week. But so far, very impressed. What Other Items Do Customers Buy After Viewing This Item?
