There are good and bad points about this phone.
I bought it as the best Dual Sim phone.
First the good: The price is not too bad. Very good switch between SIMs. Watch out to set it up as can use the more expensive SIM without realising it.It is a very good screen, very good sound and excellent to pick up GPS signals. For map reading I use it while driving and it finds us faster than other mobiles. Very good Google Maps service.
It is a reliable phone, no bugs, no hangups.
But....
it has a very limited memory. Very very limited. Thsi is where they saved some of the costs.
Do not buy if you want lots of APPS, this is not the phone to buy.
I use it for Maps, text (very good predictive software which is very intuitive), phone calls but not so much for email though it does work.
Can't download new Apps though keep on being offered them and upgrades, but these use up the little bit of RAM you have got, so forget it. Daily routine is to cancel all attempts to upgrade the software like youtube, Maps etc. Very irritating.
I use the micro-SD card which can be up to 32GB, which is impractical for our computers but does work well on this Samsung. SO MP3 and MP4 files can be stored on this after removing the micro-SD card from the phone, install onto the computer, save the files on to the card and reinstall into the mobile. Very annoying and can damage the micro-SD card if removed carelessly.
No use to try Bluetooth- too little memory.
User manual is useless. No Samsung customer service site I could find. So need to go on random user sites to find out how to solve problems the phone has.
In all, buy it if you only want one or two things from the phone. Do not buy to use for online gaming or for high internet access or definitely not for downloading.

Phone is good but language was set in Polish!!....luckily my friends are Polish and were able to change it for me because the lack of any instructions in english would have made it far more difficult.

I needed a dual SIM for abroad where it is easier to call from the same network that trying to go trans-network. I found the phone on Amazon with a pretty competitive price.
I have it for 2 months now and so far so good. It is working fine so far. Let's hope, it stays that way at least for 2 years !
