After my iPhone was stolen from my handbag in a nightclub, I wanted reasonably-priced replacement asap. I chose this phone from this company as the reviews were good and for the draw of a 30 day money-back guarantee. The phone was as described and worked excellently until just after the guarantee period. The problem seems to be with the touch screen - I have to press the on/off button to cancel calls and to reboot the phone as it often crashes when texting/typing numbers. The screen won't show up when listening to voicemails so you can't press the numbers to delete/listen again/loudspeaker etc the voicemail. Although this can be pretty irritating, it's not the end of the world and I would still recommend this phone and company (phone was as described and delivered quickly), it's just a shame it didn't start playing up before the guarantee was up!

This is the first iphone I have owned and I have to say very glad I bought this. It's very easy to use and the touch screen is very responsive. Takes some getting used to when sending texts while in a moving vehicle, lol.The text messages are altogether eg. sent and received in order as a conversation which is great, much better than looking to and from inbox and sent messages when looking back on older messages. Connected to my router via wifi with no problems at all. The phone I bought having been used didn't come with much in way of instructions but I'm getting used to using it and finding more and more things out as I go. Also didn't come with earphones and the data cable does not charge the phone when linked to pc, but is able to link to itunes to sync etc. Although it did come with a plug that will charge. Imessages can be sent free but has to be via internet and can only be sent and received by models 3g or later. Too many apps to mention them all, but can get certain ones for free. Browse the internet using safari, which is great once you get used to zooming in on pages, as the text is quite small. Downloads and installs apps pretty quickly.

I recieved the Iphone ordered - Great phone ...only 1 problem nowhere does it mention that you DO NOT RECIEVE A CHARGER AS PART OF THE ORDER ... I now have my Phone but no way to charge the Unit.

I bought the product in England to be used in Brazil, where I found that the speakers were not working.

I contacted the vendor about the possibility to change it, but they told me I should sent to an authorized Iphone service in order to fix the speakers.

Here in Brazil, when we buy a product with problems our laws give us the right to replace it for a brand-new one.

I am very disapointed, considering I do not have an authorized Iphone service near me and had to spent 50 pounds fixing it, besides losing the warranty.
