Fantastic phone can't really fault it for the money. Great looks easy navigation, for a mid-range priced phone it's an absolute winner.

well, they said it has a carl-caiz camera, but it was very awful, not even good as 200m from samsung.
battery not good as well even though it has improved from the original one.
system is good...
if u don't care about camera, this is a good one.
anyway, i have returned it.

List of things that are so wrong with this product

1) Unable to set a homepage in Internet Explorer
2) Date and Time do not store once the phone is switched off.
3) Unable to read .PDF files you can download them, then you are told to download adobe reader from Marketplace, but its not compatible with Lumia 800.
4) Camera is not instant a double press arrangement.
and a number of other 'niggles' which vary from time to time.
If this is a collaberation between Nokia and Microsoft then quite frankly its been a massive waste of time. If you need to purchase a Windows phone then I would advise a wait of about two years ought to do it or go for an android model

I bought this telephone just over a month ago from a different retailer. I was impressed straight away with its ease of design and ease of use. I got the phone on O2 which at first to get it set up was a bit annoying. The problem though was that at first it would not access the web via the mobile network but after a phone call to O2 and getting that sorted out. The second problem I had was that I could not send MMS messages. Again I had to phone up O2 and this did take a lot longer to sort out but the problem was not from the phone side but the service side. The phone is great, I previously had an android phone.

I believe it is a much easier phone to use, even my mother can use it. The other good advantage is that it has the ability to use smartglass which is being used between the phone and the xbox. It allows you to control the xbox with your phone and once it is fully underway you will be able to use a second screen for games, movies, etc. The marketplace for apps although not as large as the android google play, however there are loads of apps that you can use and a lot of free apps.

It has built in memory which I find is ample, I use it as an mp3 player too and the sound quality is fantastic. The camera is also good and can share things directly to facebook. I had read a lot of reviews that said the power was a problem but must say that I have used the mp3 player for about 4 hours and check my email quite regularly and have never been out of power usually have over half the power left.

Would recommend this phone to anyone and with its ease of use it is a good phone for all.

Definetely, it's a great value phone, excellent cost/benefit.

The most beautiful in the market, no doubt.

Easy to deal with, Nice size. Very fast processor.

Cons: fair/poor apps availability (Nokia and Microsoft, deal with that, please!) - even some banks still don't have their apps for Windows Phone, including my bank. The alarm won't ring if the phone is shut down, what is a horrible thing in a 1,5-day-lasting battery.

Good phone for: first-time smartphoners; those who don't care about the fuzz of having an iPhone (you can save some $ 200 easily); stylish, young people.

I've been using the phone for a week now, and I appreciated the purchase. I recommend it.

No doubt about it, this phone is a thing of beauty. The hardware exudes quality and the combination with the windows operating system makes the whole package a real work of art. Its taken a little while to find my way around Windows, but now I have Android looks crude and clunky by comparison. At its current pricing this phone is a real bargain, being priced as a budget smart phone but with the build quality and speed of a top end phone. Buy one now before they run out!

I absolutly love this phone, love it more than my HTC i broke,
thought it might be harder to work out,
it does every thing for you changing every thing from your old sim to this phone was so simple.
It vertualy did it itself.
and the price was a steal.
The facebook hot mail & messaging which i use, is so easy and big enough for me to read without my reading glasses.

This phone is amazing. User Interface is totally different from all had before, but after only a few minutes we can be able to find and do anything we want/can.
Social networks integration with mailboxes and contact list is well above the expected and Nokia's exclusive software are brilliant.
Camera quality is surprisingly good, even with low light. Photos on 16:9 mode are really panoramic and not just croped above and below. Nokia camera extras (group photo, panoramic, etc) is excellent.

There are a few cons that are well known (BT transfers and so on), but it should be fixed on next update. Battery efficiency have room for improve. It lasts about 20~30 hours for me, I think 2 days is the minimum acceptable, mainly if you travel a lot.

I bought one for my gf, we both liked it so much that I bought another for me 2 months later...
